THE PERSON BEHIND THE SUPPORT
Hi, I’m
Hannah
I help business owners get out of the weeds of their own operations—so they can lead their business instead of just surviving inside it.
“Your business should support your life—not take it over.”
I've seen what happens when there's no support in place.
Most entrepreneurs I work with aren't struggling because they're bad at what they do. They're struggling because they're doing too much of what they shouldn't be doing—and not enough of what only they can do.
I've watched brilliant, capable business owners spend their best hours buried in admin, chasing inboxes, and trying to hold systems together with nothing but willpower and sticky notes. It's exhausting. And it's completely unnecessary.
That's what drew me to this work. I have a natural ability to look at the chaos behind a business and immediately see what needs to be simplified, systematized, or handed off. I find genuine satisfaction in building the kind of operational backbone that lets a business owner actually breathe.
My approach is never one-size-fits-all. I take the time to understand how you work, what you actually need, and what "support" means to you specifically. Then I show up—consistently, proactively, and without needing to be micromanaged.

Learning the Business Side of Business
I spent years in operational and administrative roles inside fast-moving organizations—learning how to build systems, manage competing priorities, and keep things running behind the scenes. I saw firsthand what it looked like when the back-end worked, and when it didn't.
Watching Entrepreneurs Burn Out
Working alongside founders and small business owners, I kept seeing the same pattern: deeply talented people spending their energy on tasks that were eating them alive. I knew I could help—and that this was the work I was meant to be doing.
Building Something That Matters
Today I work with entrepreneurs across industries to bring clarity, structure, and breathing room to their businesses. Every client relationship is a partnership—and every system I build is designed to last long after I've set it up.
WHAT I STAND FOR
The Principles that Shape
how I work
Reliability Over Everything
When I say I'll handle something, it gets handled. No follow-up required, no reminders needed. You should be able to trust your support without managing it.
Your Business, Your Way
I adapt to how you work, not the other way around. Support that doesn't fit your workflow isn't support—it's just more friction with a different name.
Proactive, Not Reactive
I'm not just a task-taker. I look ahead, flag problems before they become fires, and bring ideas to the table. Good support means thinking two steps ahead.
Honest Communication
If something isn't working, I'll say so. If I have a better idea, I'll share it. A good working relationship requires honesty, not just agreeability.
Simple Beats Complicated
I don't build elaborate systems for the sake of it. I build what works—cleanly, practically, and in a way that makes your business easier to run, not harder.
Long-Term Thinking
I build things that hold. Quick fixes don't interest me. I want the systems and support I put in place to make your business better for years, not just next week.
HOW I WORK
What working with me actually looks like.
I learn your business before I touch anything
I take the time to understand your workflow, preferences, and priorities before making changes. Good support fits around you—not the other way around.
I communicate without overwhelming you
Clear, concise updates. No long email threads for simple questions. You'll always know what's happening without it becoming another thing to manage.
I treat your business like it's mine
Not recklessly—but with genuine care and investment. I'm not just checking boxes. I want your business to actually grow and get easier over time.
I get better the longer we work together
The more I understand your business, the more value I can add. The best results come from partnerships, not one-off projects.
THE HONEST VERSION
“I don't want to just take tasks off your list. I want to help you build something that actually runs."
The difference between a task-doer and a real operational partner is whether they care about the outcome—not just the output. I care about the outcome.
